Madonna administers vitamin jabs to actor:

It seems that somthing ahas been needling Madonna. The pop star has apparently been administering the rear ends of actors on the set of her husband’s new movie for vitamin injections. After Guy Ritchie complained that the stars of his new film RocknRolla were all falling ill, the Material Girl decided to work her magic. She arrived on the east London set and invited the actors to her range Rover, where she delivered vitamin B12 jabs. Actor Tom aahardy said that he was shocked when he spotted Madonna administering injections to the bottom of fellow actor Gerard Buttler.
