For psychological and physical health can be improved by doing Yoga exercises. The Asanas and Pranayama help to cure asthama and it increases inner peace and better relationships and reduces the stress. Yoga exercises balance the body, spirit and mind. It calms the nervous system and prevents specific diseases like bad air in body, control blood pressure, reduces stress and improves coordination, flexibility, concentration , sleep and digestion problems and improves the life energy flowing.

The development of our body reflects the food habits of a person. Yoga advices to take a pure vegetarian diet which helps to development of body as well as development of the higher qualities of peace, love and spiritual awareness.

The combination of yogasanas, pranayama, meditation, mantra and a yogic diet works wonders in both physical and subtle body.

Foods to eat in Yoga are fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, salted nuts, seeds, milk, ghee, cottage cheese, natural sugars, herbal teas, natural water and fresh juices.

Foods to avoid in Yoga are Meat, fish, eggs and chicken. The artificial, junk foods, poor quality oils, microwave food, artificial beverages, factory farm dairy products and the food eaten in bad environment must be avoided and it results in unhealthy problems.
