Zeta jones to come to India
Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones will be jetting her kids to Mumbai at Christmas so that they can spend their holidays with Michael Douglas. The Chicago actress revealed that she will take her two sons, Dylan, seven, and Carys, four, to spend their Christmas holidays with Douglas, while he shoots for his new movie, Racing the Monsoon.
“I’m looking forward to going to India. Michael and I are developing a script and that will be set up in India. We will take our kids and all of us will set up camp in India and shoot a film,” a website quoted Zeta-Jones, as saying.
Halle Berry craving pickles

Jessica Biel has rurned down the change to star as Wonder Woman in superhero film Justice league of America. Biel was earlier reported to be in talks to star in the film, but according to reports, the deal has broken down. Movie bosses at Warner Bros.

Shakira loosens her purse strings
Kind hearted pop star Shakira is donating $40 million to help repair damage caused by an earthquake in Peru and a hurricane in Nicaragua.The Hips Don’t Lie singer will donate the money from a foundation she co-founded during a summit on global climate change and development organised by former US president Bill Clinton in New York.
Shakira had, along with Nobel Prize winning author Gabrief Garcia Marquez, cofounded the Latin America for Solidarity Foundation, ALAS, which means wings in Spanish.
” I ‘ve seen first hand many of the challenges facing Latin America,” she said in a statement. The two time Grammy Award Winner, who started another foundation to help poor children in Colombia when she was only 18, said 40 million infants do not go to school and 51 million people don’t have access to clean water in Latin America.

Paris Hilton was arrested in Los Angeles early Thursday on suspicion of drunk driving after police spotted her “driving erratically.”

The heiress and television personality was pulled over in Hollywood just before 12.30 a.m., said police spokesman I. Isabella.
“The officers observed that Hilton exhibited the symptoms of intoxication. A field sobriety test was conducted at scene, and the officers determined she was driving under the influence,” he said.
Hilton was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor offence, and released. The legal limit for alcohol in California is 0.08 per cent.

Baby Suri Cruise makes broadcast debut
BEIJING, Sept. 6 (Xinhuanet) — Suri Cruise, daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, made her broadcast debut Tuesday.
America’s CBS News revealed photos of 4.5-month-old Suri being doted on by her parents. She has a head of thick, dark hair.
Vanity Fair magazine’s new edition, out Tuesday in the U.S., carries world-exclusive pictures of Suri and her parents.

Tom Cruise was reluctant to show off Suri since his daughter was born in April because Scientology doctrine teaches followers of the sci-fi cult to avoid taking newborn babies out unless absolutely necessary. Fresh from hosting the Teen Choice Awards last week, the Dukes of Hazzard star has been put on “vocal rest” after losing her voice, the Associated Press has reported.
Simpson cancelled an appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman this week after she developed a bruise on her vocal cord, Simpson’s rep, Rob Shuter, said to AP.
“She has indeed lost her voice,” Shuter said. “She’s been ordered to rest. … She can talk, she can croak out a few sentences. She sounds a little off, but, you know, she can’t sing.”

MTV Awards Host : Jack Black
The MTV Music Video Awards are about to get a dose of Jack Black. The actor-slash-rocker will host this year’s version of the anything-can-happen extravaganza, set for Aug. 31, MTV announced Thursday.”Prepare yourself for a rip snortin’ humdinger,” Black said.
The awards will air live from Radio City Music Hall in New York. Performers include Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, Panic! at the Disco and Ludacris.
Black, 34, is the “perfect mix of comedy, rock, irreverence and star power,” MTV President Christina Norman said in a statement.
