Parsvnath to set up star hotel
One of the happening and hottest Zone, kukatpally Madhapur belt is all set to get a new land mark project. One of country’s leading real estate developers, Parsvnath developer this week performed Bhoomipuja for a 5-star hotel, shopping and office complex close on the spinal JNTU-Hi-Tec City road.
The integrated development taken up on 2.70 acre site will have a built up area of around 3 lakh sft for office and shopping complex while the hotel is to spread over 1.75 Lakh sft. First of Parsvnath’s commercial project in the city, the luxury hotel rising to 11 floors will have 186 rooms and mall will be a nine storied complex.
